Red Roof Inn Hendersonville

Great price for the place and location. I needed a clean and safe last minute booking and they were very accommodating and the price was great.

The desk clerk was helpful with a problem I was having. Everything worked in the room. I slept well. It was quiet

Staff is terrific!!!!!!!!!!! This town has been through so much in past year AND YET this hotel has weathered the storm so well - literally! - working effectively through short staff at front desk and housekeeping, busy sold out full house due to Helene but also due to Apple Festival and to so many contractors staying local helping rebuild the area. Through it all staff is kind and efficient. I love this Red Roof location!

Room is very clean a spacious..bed is very comfortable..friendly staff upon check in..no problems and fast

I am the Jacuzzi suite rater! Only one way in and one way out. Dog friendly pet deposit only $50. Everything on the Jacuzzi tub worked and the tub was not painted, or cracked. The cold water does not come out hardly in the tub. There is a nice size shower as well. Cable sucks!

Im generally pleased with everything but get new pillows! Mine were so flat I thought they got run over by a steamroller.

The room was clean! The check in was a breeze, but, since it was a pet friendly facility, there were lots of dogs even saw a bird! There always seems to be a rude customer. 3 AM the person was taking their dog out sounded like a small dog, he yipped all the way down the hallway. Very inconsiderate. We were on the first floor the exit was close by, but you had to re enter through the lobby. Would have been nice to be able to come back in through that same exit. May have been for security reasons. Dog owners should be reminded to be considerate of others and pick up the dog poop!

I recently stayed at the Red Roof for about six weeks, and the experience was incredible—mainly because of their front desk employee, Shanton. He is absolutely amazing at his job! Not only is he sweet, compassionate, and attentive, but he also knows how to handle tough situations with ease. He genuinely cares about guests and goes above and beyond to make sure they feel comfortable. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but the level of hospitality Shanton provides is unmatched. I also want to give a huge thank you to Tanya—she went out of her way to help me when I had an issue with my reservation and even showed me kindness when I needed it most. The entire staff, including the owner, is incredibly accommodating, making Red Roof stand out from the rest. Because of employees like Shanton and Tanya, I will always choose Red Roof when I’m in Hendersonville. Their kindness and dedication truly make a difference—we need more people like them in the hospitality industry!
